1. General information

1.1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the online store Polskie Koszulki, available at polskiekoszulki.co.uk.

2. Product prices

2.1. Product prices are shown in British pounds (GBP) and are final prices. GitGraf Limited is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to the prices shown.

2.2. Shipping is free on all orders. Any applicable costs are always shown before you complete your order.

2.3. Prices may change, but a price change does not affect orders placed before it was introduced.

3. Placing an order

3.1. Orders are placed through the store's website.

3.2. After placing an order, the customer receives an email confirming that the order has been received.

3.3. Placing an order constitutes an offer to enter into a contract of sale, which is concluded once the store confirms acceptance of the order.

4. Delivery

4.1. Products are printed to order, locally in the country of delivery (print-on-demand), so the customer pays no customs charges within their own country.

4.2. Fulfilment usually takes 2 to 7 business days depending on the destination country. The store does not guarantee fixed delivery dates.

4.3. Where possible, a tracking number is added to the order.

4.4. The store is not liable for delays caused solely by the carrier, but will make every effort to help resolve the issue.

5. Right to cancel (change-of-mind returns)

5.1. Consumers have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. After notifying us of the cancellation, the customer has a further 14 days to return the goods.

5.2. Once we receive the returned goods (or proof of postage), we refund the price paid plus the standard delivery cost within 14 days. The customer bears the cost of returning the goods.

5.3. Exception: the right to cancel does not apply to goods that are personalised or made to the customer's specification (e.g. t-shirts with a name, date or custom design) — unless the goods are faulty. This applies to most of our personalised products.

5.4. Goods returned as a change-of-mind return should be in a condition showing no signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them (as you would in a shop). We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the value of the goods has diminished due to handling beyond what was necessary.

6. Faulty goods or goods not as described (complaints)

6.1. Regardless of the right to cancel, customers have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must match their description, be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

6.2. If goods are faulty, damaged or not as ordered, the customer is entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receiving the goods. After 30 days, the customer is entitled to a repair or replacement, and if these are unsuccessful, to a refund.

6.3. Please report complaints by email to polskiekoszulkicouk@gmail.com, including the order number and photos of the fault. For faulty goods, the store covers the return cost.

6.4. As a small, family business, we handle every case individually and personally — no bots, no automated systems. Your full satisfaction is our priority.

7. Personal data protection

7.1. The data controller is GitGraf Limited. We process data to fulfil orders, communicate with customers and — with consent — for marketing.

8. Product safety compliance (GPSR)

Our products are designed and manufactured in line with applicable product safety regulations (General Product Safety Regulation, EU 2023/988). Our t-shirts are made from skin-safe materials, and prints are produced using techniques that meet durability and safety requirements.

9. Governing law and disputes

9.1. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. This provision does not deprive a consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory rules of the country of their habitual residence.

9.3. These Terms are available in Polish and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the versions, the English version prevails.
