When will you deliver the t-shirt?
Order fulfilment usually takes 2 to 7 working days, depending on the destination country and the capacity of the print shops and couriers. We always try to choose the fastest delivery method.
Can I pay extra for express shipping?
We always ship orders by the fastest method available to us. If any speed-up is possible — we'll use it, with no extra charge.
Can I change the t-shirt style from women's to unisex?
No problem. If you need any change — just write to us. Before purchase, of course.
Can I return a t-shirt?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! If you don't like the t-shirt, you can send it back and we'll refund your money — no questions asked! You cover the cost of return postage, unless the mistake is on our side.
Do you have sizes XS, 4XL, 5XL ...?
If you need larger or smaller sizes of a chosen t-shirt — just write to us. We'll check and reply quickly. In most cases it will be possible.
What if I order the wrong size?
No problem! An exchange is possible. Just remember the t-shirt must be sent back to us in the United Kingdom. We'll immediately send you a new t-shirt in the right size. We recommend checking our Size Chart before buying to make your choice easier. WOMEN'S T-SHIRTS — IF IN DOUBT — WE SUGGEST CHOOSING A LARGER SIZE. The sizes match the chart, but according to customer feedback the women's cut tends to come up "rather small".
Need help choosing a gift?
I'd love for you to use my Perfect Gift Creation service! After a chat about the person the gift is for, I'll design a unique t-shirt for you. It could be something tied to their hobby, passions or even their job — a football club, a love of mountains or cycling, even a job that involves milking cows! After hearing your wishes, I'll send you a design to approve. It all happens in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere — so you can be sure the gift will be perfect!
What is a personalised t-shirt?
Personalised t-shirts let you add a name, nickname or age to a ready-made birthday t-shirt design. This type of order extends the turnaround time by 1 extra working day.
What is a custom design?
If you'd like to create a completely unique design that we'll work on together, we count the turnaround time from the moment you approve the final design. You can also send us your own materials to use in the project, provided they're of suitable quality. If you want to print a photo — for example of your cat or dog — please remember we won't simply paste it onto the t-shirt. We'll process it graphically so it looks its best. Sometimes cutting out or replacing the background works wonders, and that kind of result guarantees a better print quality and a more attractive look.
