Refund policy

1. Change-of-mind returns (right to cancel)

If you bought a standard (non-personalised) product and changed your mind, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the t-shirt back.

✅ We refund the product price plus the standard delivery cost.
✅ The buyer covers the cost of returning the product.
✅ Please return the product in a resaleable condition — you may inspect and try it on as you would in a shop. We may reduce the refund if the product shows signs of use beyond ordinary inspection.
✅ We will provide a return address in the United Kingdom once you contact us.

Important — personalised products: the change-of-mind right does not apply to personalised or made-to-order products (e.g. with a name, date or custom design), under UK law. This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty — see point 2.

2. Faulty goods or goods not as ordered

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, you have full rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:

✅ Full refund within 30 days of receiving the goods.
✅ After 30 days — the right to a repair or replacement, and if that is unsuccessful, a refund.
✅ For faulty goods, we cover the return cost.
