1.1. Polskie Koszulki makes every effort to fulfil orders as quickly as possible and deliver them in the most convenient way.

1.2. Because we work with print partners in different countries (print-on-demand), delivery times may vary by location. Printing locally in the destination country means no customs charges for the customer.

2.1. Shipping is free on all orders — the customer pays no delivery charges.

3. Fulfilment time

3.1. After placing an order, the customer receives an email confirmation.

3.2. Fulfilment usually takes 2 to 7 business days, depending on the destination country. We do not guarantee fixed delivery dates, as we use various print partners and couriers.

3.3. We will keep the customer informed of any delays.

4. Tracking

4.1. After dispatch, the customer receives a tracking number where available, so they can monitor delivery status online.
